Full Exterior Stucco Repaint - Modern Grey Makeover

This two-and-a-half-story home with unpainted stucco in Saskatoon received a complete exterior transformation with a sophisticated grey color using Cloverdale’s TowerThon Exterior Latex Paint. The goal was to refresh and protect the home’s large stucco surfaces while providing a timeless, elegant look that would stand out with subtlety. Preparation began with a thorough power wash to remove dirt, dust, and any surface contaminants, ensuring an optimal base for paint adhesion. Once the surface dried completely, we carefully masked off all windows, doors, and soffits to protect these areas during the application process. Because of the home's height and size, special attention was paid to safety and access, with all equipment set up to reach the two-and-a-half stories safely and efficiently. Due to the thicker, semi-elastomeric nature of TowerThon paint, we utilized a larger capacity sprayer to apply the paint efficiently and evenly across the extensive stucco surfaces. This was complemented with careful brush and roller work on trim and detailed areas to ensure full coverage and a flawless finish. Two coats of Cloverdale’s TowerThon Exterior Latex Paint were applied, providing a durable, weather-resistant finish. The chosen grey tone brought a modern, clean aesthetic that harmonized beautifully with the neighborhood. The clients were delighted with the transformation.
